At ZyvorAI, we are committed to providing high-quality data solutions and linguistic intelligence services. Due to the nature of our professional services, our refund policy is outlined below.

1. Service-Based Projects

Since our services involve custom data collection, annotation and transcription based on specific client requirements, payments made for completed milestones or delivered datasets are generally non-refundable.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The project has not yet started and no resources have been allocated.

  • There is a duplicate payment made by mistake.

  • ZyvorAI is unable to fulfill the service due to internal operational issues as specified in the service agreement.

3. Quality Disputes

We ensure precision in every dataset. If the delivered work does not meet the agreed-upon quality standards or project specifications, we provide a re-work or correction period at no additional cost instead of a monetary refund.

4. Vendor Payments

For our contributors and vendors, payments are processed based on approved tasks. Once a task is validated and payment is disbursed, it cannot be reversed.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund for eligible cases, please contact our support team at contact@zyvorai.com with your project details and transaction receipt. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.
